An investigation of parental perspective of Asnani School Oral Health Program in Qatar

Oral disorders affect school children globally. Acceptability of the School Health Program by parents is a vital domain that can positively impact its sustainability. This study investigates parental perspective Asnani Program. An online questionnaire survey was conducted from April to May 2019 among 418 in public schools. 32% rated SOHP as excellent, 31% it very good, 23% 10% average, and only 4% poor. Three hundred forty-two notified their about receiving oral health education lectures. 85% reported they had noticed change child's behavior towards maintaining hygiene after participating The perspectives expressed this are encouraging indicate high acceptance for program noticeable effective improvement behavior.
